wat... wheht... wutt!
Smallville, "Exposed," season 5, episode 6,
Cinematic Parallels #3
Again, I watched these episodes today and was like "Wait a minute, that's the same episode!"
Anne, Sasha and Marcy are all finally back together, joined by Hop Pop, Sprig, Polly and Frobo. Grime hints that he's got something big planned for later. There is tension at the beginning of the episode because Sasha and Grime tried to attack Wartwood and kill Hop Pop, but they insist that everyone should be over it because it was only one time. These tensions continue throughout the episode. Anne and Sasha have an argument in which they both make solid points, which surprises Sasha as she is used to being in charge of everything. Sasha ends up walking away defeated, but quickly finds something more interesting to do. In the end, Anne, Sasha and Marcy decide to work together to win, but then Grime comes in and knocks everyone's socks off to end the episode.
EDIT: I also realized that these episodes, plus the one following, are somewhat of a reflection of seasons 1 and 2 in terms of scope: the first half of the first episode/season focused on the human's relationship with the Plantars, the second half focused on their relationship with the entire town of Wartwood, and the second episode/season went to Newtopia to finally solve the mystery.
Star Trek Enterprise episode A plot: Brutally direct analogy for US government's deliberate mismanagement of the aids epidemic
Star Trek Enterprise episode B plot: I'm disappointed that you're to much of a wimp to fuck my wife in front of me Trip.
I can't believe that we have Elnor on a planet that canonically has at least one (1) cat, they were in the same episode, and he hasn't yet met the Spot II. This is unacceptable
