The twins have just turned five. And I said to them - in all seriousness: "This is your fifth birthday and you really have to enjoy it because it will also be your last birthday. I don't want you to have anymore birthdays because I don't want you to get bigger. That's the way it is." And they looked at me in despair and said, "No mum, we have to! We have to get bigger!" You can tell they would like to be able to do everything their older sister and brother can do. And even though I sometimes wish I could press pause, you can't stop time.
