... this season saw the introduction of Emmett Scanlan as Lobo. My Irish brother inspires me in a way no one else ever has. I could write a book on what he means to me but right now, let me say this: despite what you've heard, the Lobo spin-off is far from dead.

scandalous_13 The cast I worked with on @kryptonsyfy trained hard, eating boiled chicken & broccoli, looking like they’d been sculpted from the ballbag of Zeus (Adonis looking motherfuckers) I just looked like an actual ballbag. Albeit a #LOBO ballbag, but a ballbag nonetheless. 3 weeks from booking #Krypton to getting on set wasn’t enough time to get in shape, so on a diet of no frags to give & alot of shadowing I brought my headcase game, and it worked. I know this because when I finished they asked & I said yes to doing future Krypton seasons & a spin off. So on the off chance either got picked up, I took myself away & beasted for 3 months on my own dime. 3 months on a maybe. Breaking myself with @myokinetics on a maybe. Reaching new levels of pain on a maybe. Plant based, high intensity training on a maybe.... Now @syfy may have passed on our shows, but being asked to dance in the first place, being asked to dance with my brother @camwelsh_ @warnerbrostv, @dccomics & Goyer on a maybe, has been my greatest honour.. Getting to this point has been worth the maybe....Maybe next time.. Maybe.
scandalous_13 There ain’t no filter to make this look good. There ain’t no slight of hand status that can deflect our deflation. In a nutshell, it sucks. Real talk. In saying that, A little show I did #InTheFlesh won 2 BAFTAS & still got cancelled. That shit can get confusing. @kryptonsyfy season 2 has been praised by critics right across the board, & because of that we can take so much happiness. It was & still is a great show, a ballzy show I was so proud to be part of. But it was a show not enough people watched live, because watching live is what seems to really matter on TV... I wanna take this opportunity to thank a few people without which none of this would have happened. From the bottom of my heart thank you @warnerbrostv, @dccomics, @syfy, David Goyer, the cast, crew, @daphne0287, Priscilla John casting & you the fans for this truly special part of my journey. I salute yis all. But special thanks goes to my brother, our showrunner @camwelsh_ who backed me, who says what he means, or doesn’t say anything at all.. Cam is (and you can ask anyone who has had the pleasure of working with him) the real deal. A force of god damn nature.. I’ve met a few in my time & he’s definitely one.. So in closing I say this, fate whispered to the wolf “you cannot survive the storm” & the wolf whispered back “I am the fuckin storm” This ain’t over..... Trust me..... When you know the outcome you don’t worry about the journey.... See yis all very soon.
