A tropical and refreshing vegan cocktail that looks like the ocean is full of sharks because of its bright blue color. Great for gatherings and parties.
Ingredients: 2 oz blue curaao. 1 oz coconut cream. 1 oz pineapple juice. 1 oz lemon juice. 1 oz agave syrup. 1 cup ice cubes. Splash of soda water. Blueberries for garnish. Pineapple wedge for garnish.
Instructions: In a blender, combine blue curaao, coconut cream, pineapple juice, lemon juice, agave syrup, and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a glass. Top with a splash of soda water. Garnish with blueberries and a pineapple wedge. Serve immediately and enjoy!
