The Hartman Family

Jesse comes from a family of spies in Windenburg and Cecilia was raised in Brindleton Bay before moving to a gated community in Oasis Springs when her mother Stephanie, remarried.

Cecilia McDonald is the athlete of her family. A whole collection of little league trophies, followed by MVP trophies from high school.

Jesse Hartman and his sister Blake were being prepared to join their father, Marshall, in the Agency pretty much since they learned to walk. Jesse tried it, but decided that the military was a better fit for him.

The two actually met at the gym, and bonded over their mutual love of sports and fitness.

They dated throughout their senior year, but decided tl have a more casual relationship following graduation. There was a point where Jesse was having an affair with Bella Goth and got her pregnant. By the time Jesse found out he had already ended their affair and was settling down with Cecilia.

Jesse opted out of telling Cecilia about Bella until his son, Dominique Goth, was born. A couple of months later, Cecilia gave birth to Farrah Hartman.

Dominique was living at the Goth house, until he turned seven and decided he wanted to live with his father. Cecilia took the whole situation fairly well, and loves Dominique like he were her own son.
