Howdy! Long time follower, first time asker: I very much would like to make a patch of your "I'll pray for you too" design, but I'm not Wiccan or of any religion that uses the pentagram as a symbol. Would you be comfortable with it if I rework it with a religious symbol I use (or without any symbol but incorporating a pride flag in it if I just get lazy OTL). And if so, would you like me to pay you...I don't want to say royalties, but idk, a courtesy fee or something? Because I don't feel right just using your idea without some form of compensation or something (growing up as a queer pagan in Mormon Country, it's a sentiment I've expressed to people frequently 🙃). First, Seifer

How I feel about this character

When I was a kid, I tought he was annoying. But when growing up, I had a explosion in my head when I understood his character. I think he is the most missunderstood character in the franchise.

All the people I ship romantically with this character

He is in love with Squall, he just doesn't see this. Trust me...

My non-romantic OTP for this character

Fujin and Raijin, of course. Their friendship is adorable. I also wish he could meet Laguna, his childhood hero. I can't even imagine what their conversation would be lol

My unpopular opinion about this character

If he was just free in Balamb, fishing, without supervision from Balamb or other guards I would think it was wrong. Even though the character has his reasons, him not having consequences for his actions is kind of meh.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon

I would like to see him learning some tricks with Uktimecia. I think the fact that he could kill Odin with Zantetsuken Reverse was thanks to her, but I wanted to see what else he had learned with her.

How I feel about this character

My fav character of all time! He is literally me when I was a teenage. For me he is the most realistic character of the franchise. Also, he and Seifer have my fav weapon of all time: GUNBLADE!

Love that he seems so serious, but he is a fucking nerd playing Triple Triad lol

I am sorry, but I only see him with Rinoa. They are the peak couple of all time. They complete each other!

Thinking about ✨️Irvine✨️ again today...

I talked about this a lot with my husband yesterday, but he really was one of my closest friends. He became headmaster and commander of Galbadia Garden before I made my return, and after I had established my nation of New Esthar (not what it was called; I allowed the areas I conquered to keep their names as my "conquest" was more a show of power than a genuine desire for control. But that's a whole 'nother story and I'm here to be sappy about my friend, not talk Sorceress Politics) he allied himself with me not long after.

I thought he was insane for it. He renounced the Galbadian government and the Garden system as a whole, publicly declaring Galbadia Garden wholly independent and allied with Sorceress Adel. Of course he was banished from Galbadia, with the students and SeeDs training there being given the choice to stay within the Garden system or be cast out with him. And...most of them stayed.

I remember at first being furious with him. He was my friend, and I cared very deeply for him, and he just put an enormous target on his back and made himself an enemy of...practically everybody but ME. But he stood by his decision. He had learned, after my return, of why the Sorceress War had REALLY started. What Esthar--what Laguna--did to me. He realized I wasn't a villain, I was just someone trying to protect her kind from utter destruction. And he understood that. He put aside his prejudices and worked to unlearn the propaganda drilled into him by the Gardens and ended up becoming someone I very sincerely cared about. I loved him. I loved when he visited, both by himself and for our yearly training drills with the Garden. We spent hours just talking--me sharing war stories, him teaching me about guns, the two of us flirting with Seifer to see how long it took for him to get so flustered he needed to leave the room, hehe...And he helped me re-introduce myself to society. Showed the world I wasn't just a power-hungry monster that just wanted to see the world get torn apart. He was so kind. So wonderful. He was a part of my strange little found family and I loved him for it.

Wherever he is now, I hope he's okay. He deserves the best, and I hope I can properly thank him for everything one day.

Irvine, if you're reading this: Thank you. With all of my Core I thank you. For being my friend, my ally, my confidant. Thank you.

Most important fact about Mother Tyvyll is that I was suuuuuuuuuuuuuch a Soup Gal. I loved me a good hearty stew, loved our Forever Soup...soup YUMBY. It carried into me when I came back as Voryn; I could fuck up a good soup any day, any time, any place. Soup so good..............
