I got a uti 4 times this school year, in very close secession. holding your bladder and not drinking enough water (not clearing your bladder and flushing out the bacteria) can cause a uti... so being at school where bathroom breaks are highly limited and kids often don't drink during the day because of the limit is the perfect storm for many a uti... thank you american education system.
