I checked out the new speed table & pedestrian crossing on 5th Street at Tech Square yesterday -- it works! People were safely crossing the street and drivers were stopping for them.

My Dad and Innuendo

One time, I was driving with my dad on a back road. He warned me that there would be a lot of speed humps and we would start seeing the signs soon. We saw the signs, but they said "speed table". Speed Table.

There is a landfill somewhere with a whole bunch of tossed-out speed hump signs.
