Physical Therapy time.

Huge milestone

I just went up and down the stairs with zero knee pain. Even after going up and down the stairs last night a handful of times and dancing way too much with Sean and Sami. It would normally be in so much pain right now. This is big. I could almost cry!

So my awesome doctor found all this nasty shit in my knee and cleaned it out. Meaning I should be in much better shape once I get through all the healing and physical therapy. So yay for that. But there's also some nasty degeneration in my knee so that's not so great :/
