We don't have enough danny/ any other character besides the bats
What if danny met konnor the moment he woke up on accident. Like, lex stole the clone tech idea from Vlad, and dani got kidnapped. Danny was looking for Dani and found kon first. Danny then proceed sto befriend kon and gives him self-love and individuality( only a little) while taking him on an adventure. Going to places the living wouldn't dream of existing, to different countries and kon just gets the ability to see the dead and knows a lot about the dead and their culture(s). Danny then remembers who he's the clone of, so after danny helps him control his power, he gives him a piece of paper so he can call him and drop him off at metropolis. It was a teary goodbye but danny told him to find him when he's older.
Danny's like 2 years older. Anyway kon joins young justice and decides to tell noone about danny. Danny goes as phantom and while intangible checks on kon to see what he's up to. He then decides to haint him and helps YJ he puts smaller spirits and ghosts to guard them when they sleep and such. Kon figures it out during one of their missions, and on the ride home, when he thinks everyone is asleep, he calls out to danny. Danny stays in the reflection in the beginning. Konnor asks him why is he helping them when the laws are in place and since when did he help. Danny responds with a sigh and mentions that he has the ability to do so and because most of his team are children like him. He's older than a lot of them, so he wants to help even if they're supposed to hunt him. Danny leaves the reflection to float next to kon and looks at him. He smiles and ruffles his hair and comments on how much he has grown before asking him not to tell the adults and leaves. EVERYONE WAS AWAKE DURING THIS EXCHANGE. Kon acts like he doesn't know what their talking about but tells them some stories about the guy who saved him. Everyone figures out that he has a crush and tells him. They then want to meet the guy, and the story goes on from there. Danny, of course, doesn't realize konnor is in love with him, nor does he know WHY he wants to be near him all the time.
Chaos ensues when the older heroes find out about him.
