Supplement Saturday!! In today’s stack:
•Beyond Raw LIT: pre-workout. 250 mg of caffeine, 3.2g of beta alanine. This stuff gets me GOING! It takes effect quickly and gets me through my workouts! I’m always a beast at the gym when I use this stuff!
•Beyond Raw Precision BCAA: BCAAs are great for your muscles because they provide hydration and promote muscle recovery! These are to be taken intra-workout and I feel the difference. My muscles can last longer when I’m drinking on this stuff. Plus, it helps with soreness!
•GNC Pro Performance 100% Casein Protein: casein is a slower digesting protein. I picked this bad boy up because I workout so late at night and casein takes about 7-8 hours to digest. So while I’m asleep, my muscles are busy repairing themselves.
•GNC Pro Performance 100% Whey: Whey protein is a fast digesting protein. So I’ll use this as my breakfast or lunch. You don’t have to go crazy in the gym to need protein. You always need protein in your diet because your body has to use it to repair the tissues you break down during the day. 24g protein per serving; not too bad!
•Fish oil: fish oil is good for overall health. It’s especially good for brain, eye, and joint health!
•Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA): CLA helps to improve body composition and promote lean muscle. It’s not a fat burner but it does help your body more efficiently break down fat. Comes from safflower oil
