Beyond Proud
Of @sweeneyloop on his PR (and 13th place) at the Escarpment Trail Run this past Sunday.

A belated congratulations to @sweeneyloop for his stellar performance at Manitou’s Revenge Ultramarathon. As the website puts it, “This is a grueling, gnarly, nasty course with approximately 15,000 ft. of climbing, much of it rocky and precipitous.”
I could not be prouder!
Off to Traprock 50k
Change in the course loop may make crewing a bit more difficult BUT on the plus side, more time to hike/get a run in.
Day 11
Decided to take the morning off so I could stay in bed, relax and have birthday breakfast with @sweeneyloop.
12-13 hour work day today. Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!
