Doom and Cuddles have a very intresting dynamic. Cuddles is very much like Hemera in this AU, wanting to keep others safe and is willing to go through desperate measures to do so, even if it means acting unpleasent. Unfortunatly, because of Doom's sensitivity, Doom takes what Cuddles does worse than others. Cuddles doesn't want to hurt Doom, but what else is he supposed to do? Doom and Cuddles do have a good bond though, they both hang out often and are pretty much all they have. Cuddles also helps keep Doom grounded in reality. But this also means Cuddles is way too overprotective of Doom, moreso than other patients. Cuddles mainly wants to protect Doom from...him. Doomry is....not a Doomry to be shipped in this AU. Since Barium is the president of the hospital, he's very manipulative and cruel. He basically treats Doom as his "favorite patient" giving him "special treatment" and stuff. After all, the other doctors cut Smile up, so it can't be abuse. Barium also exagerates what Cuddles does to make him seem worse to Doom. He mostly does this to isscolate Doom from Cuddles even more. Or at the very least, make Smile angry at Cuddles for longer.
