grey: her magic was basically turned into a party trick, over the years she had forgotten what she really looked like and how she acted, most of the time she imitates others just to try and see if she herself would agree
gordon: basically a swap with nacht in how people perceive them, he is still quiet and proper but instead of trying to be friends he writes letters that try to explain what he means, he will poison people that hurt his team
nacht: basically swapped from gordon’s family, still his normal self, his family made deals with spade and investigated further with morgen until it ended in him being nearly possessed by one of his current devils and his brother dead, traveled around until he met yami and made their agreement
nero: bird thing still happens, still serious and committed but a lot more humble around the royal members as she was used to it from everyone (as lumiere wasnt royal in this world, just friends with the elves)
yami: father was the shogun until he was murdered, was sent away with his sister until they were separated and he landed in clover, has respect from being high in status but is treated more like a lower noble than anything else, still very unsure of how royals here are supposed to act so he choose a base far from the main kingdom for that reason, acts like canon him while drunk, yes he’s the one pinning for charlotte
liebe: introduced through talking to asta way earlier because he recognized his ‘brother,’ caused a slight rift with asta and his family and they’re working on dealing with the actual devil in the book thing, a lot nicer but has mimosa type snark
