I'm sure you get this question a lot but I can't seem to find an answer anywhere Basically I went to my GP in February to get a referral to CHX. I don't think it helped that this was right before their big move and change over But I haven't heard anything back and I'm not sure if I should contact CHX to see if they've got the referral or my GP to check it actually got sent Thanks
You can do either or both. If you contact Charing Cross first and they haven’t got any record of you being referred, then you can get in touch with your GP to find out if they never referred you or if they referred you, but the referral seems to have got lost at some point. As far as I know, Charing Cross have recently been getting in touch with people referred in around January, so it might be that you’ll hear from them in the next month or so anyway, but if it would put your mind at rest you can definitely contact them yourself.
