It’s wonderful to be connected to the great families of #farnorthqueensland and #thetopend the Pawlowski’s and Quilty’s. For nearly 30 years these pioneering women and stockmen inspired my choices of the best when available, work hard and play hard, entertain the region like royalty, being a lady a home and a warrior at work. My grandmother’s in-law were truly remarkable women. #Krys the #saltwatercrocodile my one shot grandmother’s legacy. My #Quilty grandfather’s #LuckyCloud #StadebrokeCup winner 1973 & Tom #QuiltyEnduranceRide of #Stockman #HallofFame & #WA #paspaley #pearls all remind me that beautiful things emerge from hardship and enduring faith. My grandfather in-law Ron Pawlowski UNSpeaker on croc conservation , original crocodile hunter, political activist, author and friend of David Attenborough read my book and told me it was the best book he had ever read.
