six am had been far too early for indy to be up for the balloon launch, but thankfully the weather had allowed for the evening launch at 6 pm instead. they had arrived a bit early, sprawled out on a blanket and enjoying the views before the launch. the sky looks particularly nice, so they reach for their phone to take a few pictures of the hot air balloons against the evening sky. that is, until someone steps into their shot, an amused huff leaving their lips. "oi, you're in my shot." indy teases, moving their phone away. "d'you need a place to sit? i've got room."

seated at the local café with a half drunk cup of coffee and a picked at croissant, angelo scrubs a hand over his face, suppressing a yawn. a late night at work and an early morning had resulted in the stop at the coffeeshop for some caffeine and sustenance. he hadn't realized that the place had gotten so busy, gaze falling on a semi familiar face after a few moments. "chair's free, if you want it." angelo offers, nodding towards the empty chair at his table.
