My best decision I ever made was to be quiet . I have nothing to prove. I am not convincing anyone that I'm a great person. I am not fixing what I didn't break. I am not fighting for anyone to see my worth. Whatever you do is on you. As for me, I'm moving forward, free and at peace.

Of course, I do it alone. I always have. No handouts. No applause. No safety net. Solitude forged my discipline, silence sharpened my focus, and pressure built my spine. While others waited for help, I became self-sufficient. Alone isn’t lonely—it’s lethal growth.

The healing phase is disgust. Yes, yes, disgust. You will be disgusted by the person whose love you wanted so much. You will be deeply ashamed of the choices you made, the people you allowed to get close to you, and they don't deserve it. Stop in that feeling, and then let it go. That will never be you again.

I used to ask "Why me?" Now I just nod and tighten my grip. If life keep choosing me  for the hard shit Then maybe I am built to carry it.

If a God created the universe, then who created the God? The idea of a Creator is just a human limitation. We give credit to God because we can't wrap our tiny brains around Source: a self-existing, infinite explosion that never started and will never end. We built churches to a middleman because the actual truth, that you are a nameless, faceless spark of an indifferent universe, is too much for most people to wake up.
