As @lauren_deolive says....a good video to mark later progress 😂 My bicep curl might be weak but I hit an awesome NSV today on my tri-dip! Four sets of TEN!! with 130 assitance😁😃😄😀! We may not have gotten along tonight and I won't lie you made me look bad but deadlifts I still love you 😘 Happy Valentines Day ❤ ••• Not happy with this performance, deads have felt slow and heavy the past two weeks. Taking a much needed deload week next week to let my body and CNS recover from this asinine rep work. This is not my favorite program I've run but I'll see it through to the end.
