Bubble Hell Duel is a multiplayer HTML5 dogfighting game. The object of the game is to dodge bubbles launched from your opponent while returning fire. This game was written mainly as a prototype for learning and the source code is available on GitHub. You can try the game out in single or multiplayer here. Currently the game does not contain any sound effects but uses CreativeJS and TogetherJS.

Imagine you want to bring 'technical support' to your website, or want users to be able to chat with one another. Typically you'd have to either implement your own messaging system and mess with Web Socket technologies -- not a very fun thing to be doing.

However, with Mozilla Lab's new TogetherJS library, bringing collaboration to your website is as simple as adding two lines of code. I cannot overstate just how fundamentally awesome this is.

In the case of 'tech support', you can assign each individual user to his/her own room, and then have the support staffer join that room. They can not only see everything the user sees, but see their mouse and whatever information the user enters into the page.

I've read some of the documentation, and it appears that there is a lot of room for privacy and security concerns. And if you plan on serving a lot of traffic using this tool, you'll probably have to create your own collaboration server. But making this plug-and-play and giving it the support of a major open-source developer means that there's very little limit to what this software can do.

TogetherJSè uno strumento di collaborazione molto simpatico, spero abbia fortuna, mi piacciono queste cose anche se alla fine le uso poco.

Using the tool two or more visitors on a website or web application can see each other’s mouse/cursor position, clicks, track each other’s browsing, edit forms together, watch videos together, and chat via audio and WebRTC. Some of the features TogetherJS includes:

Watch the pages a person visits on a page

Audio chat using WebRTC

Form field synchronization (text fields, checkboxes, etc)

Ieri f.lux si è aggiornato uscendo dopo anni dalla beta. Ce l'ho sempre avuto parcheggiato tra le applicazioni, di tanto in tanto lo ripesco e lo faccio ripartire per vedere l'effetto che fa ... a me fa l'effetto contrario, cioè dopo una ventina di minuti mi ritrovo con gli occhi rossi e dolenti, bha! Sono testa dura però, così ed ogni tanto vediamo 'st'effetto.

Tutti si fanno lo schemino della propria posizione politico/ideologica su Political Compass™, giuro di aver provato anche a fare il mio ma mi son rotto le palle al secondo minuto. E poi come potrebbe mai uno schemino riassumere tutta la confusione che ho in testa?
