wasn't sure what i would wanna make for another tsb comic, until i begin to think about a new way of expressing my character's lore. been itching to make more scenic pieces along with semi-inspired splash art. soo... why not pick a section of bro's spotify arc and make a whole bunch of fake screen-shots. AND SO I DID OH MAMA
and oh boy was this a challenge uGH...
struggled brainstorming how many to do and what specific songs from tsb's playlist to make 'fake' illustrations of. originally gonna do 30 to explain the entire story, but scratched it out to forward a smaller approach due to time, and do a specific part arc instead to make things a little more clearer. additionally, surprised how i managed to get this done in time despite struggling with a pro-longed stomach bug good god
this is arc #2, a new guy in town. surrounding tsb's arriving to the showgrounds and meeting the gang! one illustration is based around on one song only, in which i picked out one in each little mini character arc that progresses the story. there is a specific pattern for you theorists who are interested, and if you're able to catch it, this should be an almost a breeze!
i def got some favorite pieces from this my god what a challenge, def gonna do it again jajajaja- *gets shot*

so imagine me in summer of 2024 (cant believe its been so long already...) when i was getting into my smg4 hyperfixation again and kept seeing you on my tumblr fyp in the smg4 tag, i thought your art was SO cool, i loved the style and the colors, the cartooniness of it all, i was like "woahg,,, this art,,,, its so beautiful.....)
and then my immense joy upon seeing oh hey! he also has a lil guy of his own! his name is TSB and he looks so fuckign stupid <3
Artfight rolls along and since i wasnt normally a fella who would draw fanart of people's oc's, i decided this was a great way for me to FINALLY draw fanart for all the people ive looked up to as of late
Soooo i drew TSB for artfight! and then i got so jumpscared when you responded???? and you LIKED IT???? impossible
no i genuinely tweaked out and smiled so big when you liked it and then the revenge you proceeded to make killed me and i died but then i ressurrected freaked out more and showed it to my mom and autistically ran around on the walls
tHEN i continued seeing you (and other smg4 creators) having fun with making ocs for this fuckass show and i wanted in too and then smeegol was born

then i joined it and people recognized me and you saw me and you screamed that was fun JHGFGTYUI
