French Toast for breakfast, because what else do you make in a blizzard with the bread and milk and eggs everyone was so desperate to get at the grocery store yesterday. #blizzard #frenchtoast #universalhub #frenchtoastalert #massachusetts #visitnewengland #newengland #blizzardof2018 #explorestoneham (at Stoneham, Massachusetts)
Wow, my favorite Boston blog and news source, which as far as I know is still a one man show, and has been running banner and small ads for a while, just started running a large ad between the post and comments. The guy running the blog posted about it, and basically said he’ll make a lot more money by running the big ad and getting rid of a few of the small ads, so he’s trying it out.
And the comments are full of people saying no problem, make as much as you can. Or, I love this site and turn off adblock for it and will click on the ads if that helps. Or, wait I didn’t realize I adblocked this site, I’m turning it off right now! Or, I adblock this site, but donate regularly. As I said in the comments, it’s like the end of It’s a Wonderful Life. And.. I won’t get on my soapbox about why did we ever believe information could or should be free, and leave it at that.
Every now and then, when I hit refresh on Boston blog UniversalHub, the video for one post ends up under the title of another post.
In this case, the above could actually explain a LOT.
