Hey, this anon here! I've got the MOST insane update

So my dad came home after a few hours of us ignoring his calls and he was clearly wasted. Shouting total nonsense at us about me being an “ungrateful little bitch”.

I'll cut straight to the interesting part because everything leading up to it was just drunken chaos, but my dad eventually admitted to cheating on my mom multiple times with THE GUY WHO TOUCHED ME ??? Which? Oh my god?? I always thought he was kind of homophobic but apparently not?

Needless to say, he's been kicked out of the house. I think he's crashing at either his mom or friend's place until he's ready to 1. apologise, or 2. get his things. I just feel awful for my mom. She's been a little shaken ever since.

Hey, airfreshner anon here, thought id just pop back in for an update. I read through the comments and saw someone mention asthma and potentially getting checked out for it, so im planning on doing that soon, im just looking for a good doctor now.

As for my parents, I talked to them but to no real surprise they refuse to accept my sister is anything but their perfect child who is always the victim. But yeah, im turning 18 in a few months and then i'll move out. Until then ill just keep my door locked 24/7 ig. Thank you to everyone who chimed in <3

Heyyy guys, its the anon with the best friend whose (ex!!!!!)boyfriend is a little bitch. Ik the poll isnt over yet but i saw thr results and didnt wanna drag it out any longer so i told her and showed her the messages, and she was ANGRY. They had a huge fight over the phone, broke up and he is blocked everywhere now. In case anybody is worried abt how he is gonna act (like i was), she is gonna be staying with her family for the time being, just to be on the safe side.

She and him had some mutual friends so we showed them the messages too, and they cut him off lol.

hii incest friend anon update! i sent milo a massive long text about how much of a dick he's been recently and again asked him to remove my name from the fanfic. i might have been a little mean in my message, but i think it's justified.

they caved and changed it for a third (and hopefully final) time buut called me an overdramatic whore in the process so i think that friendship is now well and truly over 🤷🏼‍♀️ yay!

i brought it up in a serious conversation with my siblings beforehand to ask them their opinions, apologising for the disgusting stuff i was asking from them. willow got extremely freaked out and needed a break which i completely understand, so i continued to rant to dean about it because he seemed to be less stressed. still uncomfy yk but like.. he was laughing at the stupidity lol. i told him i was worried about milo knowing my full name but he comforted me and said he'd ask our parents to look into taking it further if we need to. i have privated my accounts on other socials that have my legal name visible like my instagram, facebook etc.

unfortunately me and milo have a lot of mutual friends so im expecting this to cause havoc in our circle HELP

this is the anon with the friends ex issues here for an update

so i ended up telling him (we'll call him j) about my friend, and that we knew each other. he explained his side of the relationship, which sounded a lot more likely than her side. now, i dont know either of them irl, but i was able to tell that she had switched her story to paint him in a light that was not true, and she did yell me that she has bpd, so that explained why her opinion on him would change from a sudden "i love him" to an "i hate him"

she said she didnt care if i was into j, to just treat him better than he did, which is a good sign of her moving on, i think

so she and i had an argument, which is over now and we are currently taking a break to figure things out. i told her that i think she needs to seek professional help, which she agreed that she does.

so onto the good news

me and j talk every day now, and we talk about so much random crap its so fun! and he introduced me to a manga so now we have matching pfps of the two main characters, which might be a sign? anyways lets hope things keep going well! thank you for everyone who voyed in the last one, you helped me figure things out :)

AITA for repeatedly feeling angry at my boyfriend?

Context:

I have some mental problems that stem from trauma revolving abandonment and suddenly being ignored, me and my boyfriend have had multiple conversations on his tendency to randomly fall asleep around 8-10 pm at night, and I've come to expect it now. The issue is I never get a goodnight, warning, or even acknowledgement that this is triggering for me. Besides this, he's a good boyfriend so I refuse to leave him.

I don't say anything because whenever I do, I end up triggering myself and it isn't good for his mental sake to handle me in that state, I'm just getting really pissed off. I also have issues with insomnia, so I'm often left alone for hours on end.

I'm also fairly certain he turns off his phone, because theres no read receipts when he falls asleep, which only upsets me more, because then I get no warning he's tired. I'm getting so sick of it, because it's extremely upsetting, and I've told him numerous times to tell me when he's tired, but he keeps insisting he isn't and just falls alseep randomly. I'm not sure what to do anymore.
