Thought I uploaded this before, but I guess not? Oh well...
Anyway, I made this one as a joke back in 2022 or so. I'm hoping it's obvious why I scrapped this (It's goofy), but the less obvious part is, Utarefson's thing is kinda, y'know, making vampires the dominant beings in the world, as per his own, evil ambition. I can't think of a scenario offhand where he wouldn't be better off either turning someone into a vampire or just killing him.
Also, who even IS this poor, balding chap? If the Ur-Vampire was gonna keep a human prisoner, he'd need a good reason for it. That's all I'm saying, lol
