Mornings are for waking up slowly and setting your day's intentions. I've recently discovered this to be true. I'm working on establishing healthier daily rituals and now wake up earlier than I need to do I can take time to appreciate the new day(and smile at my spider plant), go through my list of goals for the day then pray and meditate up it. I feel so much better and more focused than when I used to jump out and make a mad dash for the bathroom.
