Elegance! When I observe senior dogs in the world, their slower movements are a choreography worthy of a stage. They help us to slow life down and allow life to feel more gentle. Elephants in the wild walk slowly as well and when I was in Botswana, it was equally beautiful to see. Perhaps the slowness allows our eyes to fully see what is in front of us.
