Даже не смотря на то, что я безумно горжусь своими достижениями, которые я осуществила в своей жизни, это было не легко, иногда нужно было бороться со страхом неудачи, с невыгодными ситуациями, в которые я попадала для себя, с ленью (куда уж без неё), со стрессом, особенно когда что то надо сделать в короткие сроки и так далее. В таких случаях мне всегда помогает представление конечного результата, перед тем как я начну или соглашусь что то сделать, я уже проведу все исследование в моей голове и составлю план того, как конкретно я мне это поможет достичь результатов и какие результаты будут и даже сколько я смогу примерно на этом заработать. В большинстве случаев у меня в голове даже конкретная цифра того, сколько я хочу заработать и конкретные цели как я это буду осуществлять. Если хорошенько вспомнить, то все мои работы и зарплаты соответствовали желаемому, вопрос в том, что до Америки мои желания были очень скромными, а сейчас, когда я понимаю какие возможности у меня есть! Какой опыт я могу приобрести! Какие бизнесы я могу запустить, я знаю что должна ориентироваться на сумму, или достижения, или результаты, которые я реально всем сердцем хотела бы достичь. Именно об этом я думаю, когда сталкиваюсь с прокрастинацией или периодом когда кажется сил нет что-то делать, или когда что-то не получается и посещают мысли, может я что-то не так делаю и надо по-другому. Иногда, очень действенный способ, посидеть несколько дней картошкой на диване, и каждый день мучать себя мыслями - какая ты ленивая задница, и что пока ты лежишь, народ делает компании, создаёт технологии, зарабатывают кучу мешков денег, а ты лежишь и теряешь время🤣 Я время от времени изучаю вопрос как ещё можно бороться с таким не эффективным периодом моей жизни. So I'm currently doing the #womancode 4 day reset to help support my liver in its natural detoxification process, support my adrenals & rebalance my hormones. I've learned a lot reading this book (if you can't tell by this well worn copy-- it's traveled with me a lot) and still have so much to learn about living in my flow. I'll be honest, it hasn't been easy. Work has been a little all over place & i've been doing my best to rest & flow through the process. You know that special wonderful gift we get given, about once a month or so....???❤️ Yep. I’m talkin’ bout periods. (So if that’s “too taboo” for you, you can keep scrolling😘) I’ve felt TOTALLY off my game the past few days- and NOW I know why😂(my period) Here’s the thing. Periods involve👉🏽 -Bloating🎈 -constipation💩 -CRAVINGS😛 -cramps😓 And soooo many other things right??? We all experience it. Soooo why hasn’t anyone told us how to help it?!? Why don’t we TALK about the freakin’ fact that usually during this time- we feel like utter crap😂💩 Or maybe you feel nothing at all- because yours is missing??🙄 (so you REALLY never talk about it- Bc someone will probably try and “fix you”) News flash. We’re ALL different- so EVERYBODY is going to have a completely different period. Lemme tell ya firsthand, Mine have been irregular, practically ALL my life. (At least Up until about 6 months ago.) 🤔and believe me- I was diagnosed, treated, offered pills, offered THE pill, told to eat more, eat less, given an ultrasound, told I was premenopausal (annnd the list goes on) So I’m not saying I’m an expert on periods - but I have learned a TON from my own experience since having one (& a pretty bad relationship with it😂) all my life. The reality is- they’re not super fun. We ALL struggle with them, in some way. BUT- I’ve learned what helps❤️ 1. Reduce your stress!🧘🏼♀️TAKE a bath. take a nap. Modify your workout. Get extra sleep. Don’t plan on going out. (For me- stress is the NUMBER one thing to cause a missing OR irregular period. 2. Eat your greens!!!!🥦Your body is in a time of cleansing. So FILL it up with extra nutrients to help with that process. 3. HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE 💦(nuff said.) 4. Step AWAY🙅🏼♀️from the mirror- stop pinching, sucking in, pushing out, and freaking tell your body- it’s doing AMAZING and that it’s going to be just fine.❤️ Tell it, you love it. (No seriously😘) And then, start TALKING about it. For the last 3 months @tommygerm and I have been on a much needed break from trying to get pregnant. I've spent 3 years overanalyzing blood tests, pee sticks, temperature readings, cervical mucus and position, and every symptom that could be recorded on all 5 of my cycle tracking apps several times a day. While I knew more about my body than most people, I still didn't have any answers. During this break, and with the help of my therapist, I've been learning to let go of my hyper awareness and it has changed my stress levels in a very big way.
