Season 4 of Winx Club was the best season imo

Roxy should have been taken more seriously after season 4.

And I felt like it was off that she couldn’t sense Duman.

Duman has animal senses, as well as instincts, and the amount of times he turned into animals in order to find Roxy should have set her off.

I understand that she was essentially a junior character and was very inexperienced with her powers, but she was able to find random strays, send brainwaves to and telecommunicate with Artu, and feel soulful connections with animals she’d just met.

But you’re telling me Roxy couldn’t sense Duman at all?

I don’t blame Roxy. She is the most innocent and deserving character in the whole show other than Mirta. I blame the show’s team.

And I really feel like Roxy and Duman could have been great friends, or even dated. (If he hadn’t been hundreds of years old, or at least later on when she got older. This isn’t Twilight.)

Duman lives his life with animal instincts, and sometimes his powers get out of hand. Roxy has a calming effect on animals, and could have been there for Duman. Especially when he got sick and his powers drove him to insanity and he couldn’t control himself. He deserved a redemption arc.

He seemed like he was the youngest of the Wizards (and he was definitely the most inexperienced and the most cocky, as well as the most impulsive, which got him into trouble time and time again.) who just wanted to impress his fellow wizards because he wanted to impress them. Which he did and was always happy when he got a good reaction.

He worked himself and pushed until he ended up getting hurt and didn’t stop until something happened to him, which he likely knew was inevitable, but he still kept going.

I think Roxy would have been a great friend/love interest for him if their characters had been written better and Duman wasn’t hundreds of years older and a little more trusting of a fairy that could actually help him.

I mean, he could have realized that he should have stopped being a hunter when he met Roxy. Duman could have been redeemed through
