Today, I had to take my supervisor aside and point out she misgendered me three times in a 45 minute meeting.

I came out publicly six months ago. I get that there’s an adjustment period, but that’s too long.

She was mostly contrite but I question if she’s really going to make an effort.

Still, it was tough for me. Walking out of the meeting like:

Zhusen made it to the final bracket!!

Ok, so clearly you can tell who I think should win. One thing I love about Zhusen is that we were introduced to her as a “guy” and got to watch (some of) her coming out story.
