This spring I will be teaching a workshop on traditional Cypriot weaving on the 7th, 8th and 9th of March. The workshop will be ideal for beginners or anyone wishing to refresh the basics. We will be focusing on traditional Phyti(pictured, the design is woven with the wrong side up) and Asproploumia weaves which are the most important and are closely related to the history of the island.
