You should make your headmates tasty treats and leave them in the fridge for when they front next. You should buy their favourite foods for them. You should support their hobbies and buy them new books, toys, supplies or other things when you have some to spend. Go thrifting together. Go out for lunch together, or go to the park together, or go and see a movie with friends and partners in cofront. Listen to music, make art, bake or garden together--there's so many things to do with your headmates.

You share a body, and you share a life--live it together, where possible!

being plural means a headmate pulling you into headspace to cuddle with you and help you go to sleep because of your& insomnia

being plural means smiling and laughing at a joke one of your headmates made, or having witty banter with them as you make a meal that you'll both be able to enjoy

being plural means a headmate going "its okay, you don't have to do this, i can do it" and you thanking them because yeah, you cant do that, and thats okay

being plural means thinking about your headmates when buying new clothes, or seeing a shirt or pair of pants for sale and going "they'd love that !!"

being plural means making one of your headmate's simplyplural profile, and spending lots of time perfecting it so that it fits them to a T

being plural means knowing you aren't alone

being plural means knowing that your headmates, your friends, your family, are always there for you

being plural means love.

H was stressed out while taking the host's relative to the hospital, so J danced with him to a song playing on the radio to cheer him up a bit, and M cofronted to reassure H once we got there... the two of them barely ever front, so the joint effort was especially kind.

My in-sys boyfriend and I have been cuddling in bed on-and-off all morning, and just now, a relative of mine barged into the room, insistent on doing a tarot reading for me. Completely unaware of my partner’s existence, let alone the fact that he was in my bed next to me, she handed me the deck, only for the Lovers card to immediately fall out. It was so exciting, and also really funny playing it off like “oh I pulled this card because I have big choices to make” when NOPE it fell out because my bf is RIGHT THERE LMAO

Dust, I know we tease you about how much you try to get done while in front and how you often wear yourself out by doing too much at once, but I hope you know just how grateful we are for all that you do. If it weren't for you, I doubt some things would ever get done. You take great care of us and we really appreciate it. Thank you for being such a dedicated and hard worker and for caring about us so much.

We have various problems and one of them can definitely be feeling insecure and/or anxious about our sources. Been a bit hard and all over the place lately but something I’ve noticed through it

Two members, Olive / Liv O. (🛟) and Derek D. (🌄) have definitely gotten better about being open and even excited to share about their sources

It’s not perfect, things backtrack every now and then- this type of thing isn’t always smooth but I’m still so so proud of them for coming so far. It makes me happy to see them able to accept aspects of who they are and where they came from

You may not know how sincerely grateful we are for you. In your time as host you handled the brunt of our abuse, and now you’re left suffering, cut off, and trapped in that bad time.

We promise, it won’t always be this way. We are focusing so hard on recovery… for you. We are trying to heal so that you can do normal kid things and experience the childhood you never got to have. You don’t deserve what happened to you, and you don’t deserve to spend eternity stuck in that place.

Adelaide, we care about you so so much. You are so very precious to us. We can’t wait to see the day when you can join us in the present and we can fill your world with stickers and unicorns and bubbles and laughter.

I wanna cry /positive

My partner (/in-sys) is nonhuman, and purrs but usually only in VERY specific circumstances

However, this morning, I was struggling with insomnia and the body's chronic conditions

So it co-fronted to spoon me and purred loud enough to drown out the pain and scrambled thoughts

I was able to fall back asleep in its arms

It's never done this before, so I was surprised, but so so grateful <3

I love it so much

Hi! I'm Emily! My headmates keep getting shocked at what our newest headmate, Emerald, says! Also, the only one here that isn't a demigirl, ChuChi, is just surprised and going "what the fuck" over and over again whenever me and our protector, Kofubi, are mentioned in the same sentence because, in his words, "SHE WAS FORMED YESTERDAY, EMILY, WHY ARE YOU FLIRTING WITH HER?!" Lol

this blog is so sweet omg!!!! i just wanna my name is isabelle and i really love my headmate edgar. we're very different but we like to think of ourselves as a duo! hes always by my side or watching over me while im fronting, he helped me & was really encouraging when i was trying to figure out who i am and he helps protect all of us from scary things :] hes just so chill and nice, i really really appreciate him and what he does for us!

so in our system there are weird roles. And Jo is our 'heart', that faer role. And we love Jo, bc fae loves so we can love and we love them so much for that and fae loves us more bc of it. it's a never ending cycle of more and more love and we hope we'll always have this. we don't love ourselves individually but together we're the most beautiful group you'll ever see.

It would be so easy to just... be utilitarian about ensuring the body eats, as the body's health affects us all, but they're all so supportive and loving, making sure I'm actually okay instead of just maintaining the body
