Each of the images that Tenna shows are photorealistic, which seems to be an exception to the pixelated reality we constantly see around us. This demonstrates clear as day that the worlds of Undertale and Deltarune aren't truly a pixelated game, but are just simply a game. The pixels meerly represent their world.
This could be a parallel to Omega Flowey who has screens. Tenna could've been the reason Toby was showing real pictures here, and also why he himself is also semi-realistic.
Other objects are also real, so when Ralsei saw his own plushie he was seeing a genuine real plushie.
