Edgepuff - who initiates most physical contact?

^_^ Definitely Papyrus. Papyrus is very free with physical affection. It’s not even necessarily intimate contact either. He’s always touching Edge on the shoulder or hugging him or grabbing his hand—even in public! It takes some time for Edge to get used to it. He used to go tense and stiff when they first started dating.

I’m also very fond of the idea that canon Papyrus is somewhat touch-starved himself. Edge isn’t necessarily very touchy in public, but in private, he loves seeing the way Papyrus sinks into his embrace. Papyrus tries so hard to be brave and strong for other people, but around Edge, he lets down his guard and admits that it’s hard being so Great all the time. They’ll lie down together on the couch and just hold each other, especially after a hard day.
