So Nintendo just showed a new image, box art, and commercial for New horizons on New Years

a new (?) picture has shown up on the japanese website for ACNH and I just want to share a few things i’ve noticed! - harvey’s back and has his own cute little cabin - new pilot toucan (?) character that has a heli! i’m assuming he’s for multiplayer events in which you want to fly to another island! - new otter looking character who seems to be focused on fishing! looks like a relative to chip, might be related? - isabelle is definitely being shown in the game and posesses the leaf logo that the nooks use. so perhaps she works with them? (i know she was confirmed, but consider this more insight lol) - ALSO THE ORANGE HAIR’S ADORABLE PONYTAILS/BANGS. plus the little backpack. - on topic with the packs, it seems like she has a backpack while the other guy has a crossbody dufflebag. to be honest i havent even seen backpacks until this picture, so i love the variety! - the saw she’s using. not sure if i have seen any villager utilizing this new saw! going to be interesting having to also break down the materials we gather with tools like that. + the paint buckets tell me we might be able to customize our tools or paint our own furniture! that’s all i notice. i’ll link my source below if you want to see the page. i’m so excited!
