I know this isnt an also but I just got to reading the request I sent in! I absolutely love it, it kind of made my day better after some kid said they'd like to do what grown ups do to me and yeah, I really enjoyed the request, its amazing! Thank you so much for doing this! 🧡🧡
aw thank you a ton, i'm so glad you liked it!! also, that's such a horrible thing to say so i really hope you're safe and doing better now ♡♡
Hii, I hope you had a lovely day but I saw your request that were open and I was wondering if I could get a request for an Arthur Morgan x reader request.
Heres what I was thinking it was going to be fluff and cute type of start
So its arthurs and the readers wedding day and they were both reminiscing in the days where they were young and wish they could get a chance too meet each other again when they were like they're younger selves.
But as they're like dancing on the dance floor the song comes on called "The night we met" by lord huron.
I'd grately appreciate if you considered doing this request, but if you can't then I fully respect that and understand :)
omg this is... so cute??? of course i can do this request, thank you for sending it in!!
it's been WAY too long since i tackled a songfic, and i also happen to love this song so hell yeah.
I Love You, You Know That?

"Hey, ever heard that it's bad luck to see the bride before the ceremony?" You piped up, voice teasing as you spotted a figure through the mirror. Arthur Morgan was leaning on the doorframe, the epitome of gorgeous in every way... and you couldn't believe you were about to marry that man.
He chuckled, shaking his head. "I feel I've gotten the greatest deal of luck imaginable, getting to marry you--"
You faced him fully, blushing. "Save it for the ceremony, Romeo!"
Arthur raised his hands in mock-surrender, smile blinding. Then, he stepped into the room and walked closer to you. There was a deeply thoughtful expression in his face, and you'd known him long enough to know he'd voice his thoughts when he was ready.
Eventually, he did break the silence.
"Do you remember the night we met?"
Your heart pounded harder as you nodded slowly, gazing at him with curious eyes. He was never a brash man towards you, always took time with his thoughts... and sometimes the suspense was unbearable. This time, however, Arthur collected his thoughts quickly and gestured towards you.
"Dutch brought you back, and I couldn't stand the thought of it. I mean, the last rascal he'd brought to camp was John. So... I didn't have much hope that you'd be much better."
You scoffed. "If I remember correctly, Mr. Morgan, you threw my book into the fire! My one and only copy of Romeo and Juliet, turned to ashes." With a pointed look, you spun back around to face the mirror and continue adjusting your hair. "You were the first to be a rascal."
Arthur let out a fond laugh at the memory, his eyes glazed with remembrance of your shared past. Years and years of good and terrible times alike, almost always side-by-side.
"Well, I was still young. Though, I was even worse before that--"
"I doubt that." You quipped, only half-joking. He just shook his head and met your gaze through the mirror.
"I was a rascal, my dear. No rules could keep me, no bonds could hold me. I listened to and feared nothing-- no one. And I was mean."
You shrugged. "I quite believe I would've liked to meet you as a young man, though I would never complain about the blessing of meeting you at all."
Arthur moved up beside you and crouched down to your eye-level, as you were sitting at the vanity. He reached out and took your hand, delicate as though he might break you, and looked up into your eyes.
"My love... I will forever be glad you never knew that me, but... but I would've liked to know you back then, too. If only to be able to spend an entire lifetime by your side."

" I am not the only traveler
Who has not repaid his debt
I've been searching for a trail to follow again
Take me back to the night we met "
Arthur offered his hand to you suddenly and, though the gang had been jolly and loud around you seconds ago, not a peep was heard.
Not even a word from Sean.
For a moment it was just you and Arthur, the love of your life and... now, your husband. You accepted his hand and, though the man claimed he couldn't dance for shit, he whisked you forward perfectly.
" And then I can tell myself
What the hell I'm supposed to do
And then I can tell myself
Not to ride along with you "
Back in the day, when you met Arthur... a part of you always knew.
Right from the start, you loved him. It just took you way too long to understand that, to admit it to yourself. Love was strange and foreign in so many ways, but it... it was also like a sort of coming home. Everything seemed right after you found love in that grouchy cowboy.
Back in the day, when you met Arthur... you never expected to be sharing a first dance with the man at your wedding... though, you had always hoped to.
" I had all and then most of you
Some and now none of you
Take me back to the night we met
I don't know what I'm supposed to do
Haunted by the ghost of you
Take me back to the night we met "
"I love you, you know that?" Arthur's voice almost startled you, but you played it off with a coy smile as you two weaved across the makeshift dancefloor.
"Really? I had no idea." You joked, earning a smile from him, though his sigh was loud.
He was still smiling as he spoke, pretending to be annoyed. "You're damn near insufferable, darling. I'm trying to be serious, and you're always cracking jokes."
At that, your grin softened. "To make you smile."
And that earned perhaps the biggest, truest smile you had ever seen from that man. He was big, burly and terrifying, but around you he seemed to always be smiling.
That's how the others saw it, at least.
From day one, it was always you and Arthur.
He lifted his hand from your waist, placing it on your cheek. "I love you, you know that?"
You smiled, genuine.
"I know. And I love you... more than anything."
" Oh, take me back to the night we met "

For the Enemies/Rivals starters maybe “We have to stop meeting like this” with Arthur x F!reader where she’s not part of the Van der Linde gang (she’s on her own but helps them when they cross paths) and she and Arthur always meet on some kind of robbery? Like they both are robbing the same train/stagecoach/etc at the same time and this is like the eighth time it’s happened over the years? Maybe he asks her to officially join them?
Friend By Happenstance
UM IM SORRY I have no idea how old this request is, but I came back, saw that this said "Arthur" and Just. YES. So here you go, and I'm so sorry for however long the wait was.
Also I absolutely love this request so much. The flavour is immaculate.

"We gotta stop meeting up like this."
•
The first signs of morning were peeking above the mountains behind your lone form as you peered through stolen binoculars. You took your tongue between your teeth in concentration, picking out any signs of movement from that little spot atop the hill.
The stagecoach was scheduled to arrive soon, and you had to be ready. It wasn't supposed to be heavily guarded, which meant it might be the target of other thieves.
A few more minutes ticked by and you watched the shadows dying as morning shoved night away.
Suddenly, you caught sight of the bank-on-wheels, just about salivating over the thought of how much money was in there already. You knew that this was going to be a good haul, just as long as you could pull it off. "Hyah!" You called, nudging your stallion into action. The excitable horse took off like a bullet, slamming through the bushes and tearing dirt up from the ground. This was what it meant to feel alive. You knew that as you whooped and drew your rifle, wind pulling at your hair and hollering in your ears.
At least you knew you were free.
The stagecoach veered sideways and darted forward as the people inside cried out in shock and fear. You grinned and pushed the stallion to go faster, to which he happily obliged. A gunshot rang out and a puff of dirt suddenly came from beside you.
"I ain't gonna kill none of ya, but if you keep shooting at me then I'll highly consider it!" You called. "Just stop the coach and make this easy for all of us!"
"Oh, god, keep going! Don't let her get us!" A lady cried from within.
There was another gunshot, this time closer, and you let out a sigh through your bandana. "Shoot my horse and I'll make y'er deaths slow and painful!"
The third gunshot pissed you off enough to act on your second plan, as threatening them down wasn't going to work. You matched the speed of the coach with your horse, then leapt onto the side. As you did so, another rider came up beside the coach on the opposite end and a rifle was stuck in the driver's face. You didn't get a clear view of the other outlaw, but you didn't really... enjoy sharing. You slid quickly across the coach while the guard on the front was distracted and delivered a quick knock-out blow, then pulled him off of the coach.
The coach began to slow and you huffed out a breath. Now, you just had to deal with the other interested thief.
The coach stopped and the driver was yanked to the ground. You readied your rifle and jumped around the side to get the jump on whoever it was.
To your surprise, however, the shocked face that looked up belonged to someone you had met before. Actually, you guys had met several times and in situations much like this one.
"Arthur-fucking-Morgan." You lowered the rifle with a smile.
"Y/N? What are the odds?" He chuckled, foot still planted on the chest of the stagecoach driver.
You hung your rifle over your shoulder and drew your pistol, then walked to door. As you gestured the people out, you spoke. "I had no idea you guys made it up here, last we spoke was at Blackwater... right? How'd that go, by the way?"
Arthur sighed and marched the driver to the back as you demanded the riders hand over their valuables, quietly as to not interrupt Arthur.
"Ah, not so good. It was a bust and we lost some good people. Had to move up here to hide out." He shrugged as the driver unlocked the back of the stagecoach. This was how your encounters went nowadays, you and him would finish the robbery while you caught up. "What about you? I thought you were heading to Mexico."
"Ah, yeah. Like your Blackwater party, my vacation to Mexico didn't work out." You chuckled, remembering your narrow escape. "They're not exactly welcoming right now."
The both of you finished robbing every drop of money from that stagecoach, then you knocked the people out and called your horses over.
"It's funny to imagine the time that I once hated you for running into me all the time. I couldn't stand the sound of your voice back then, or even hearing your name." You teased him with a laugh. "Strange how time changes everything, huh?"
"Seriously... we gotta stop meeting up like this, Y/N." Arthur grunted as he pulled himself up into his saddle. You frowned up at him from beside your horse.
"And here I thought you enjoyed these little meetings as much as I did." You cooed. To your surprise, he nodded.
"I very much do enjoy them, actually. You still run on your own, right?" He glanced away, seeming suddenly... shy?
You grinned up at him. "Yes, I do. Are you trying once again to get me to join your gang?" You crossed your arms as he chuckled.
"Saw right through that one, eh?"
"I'm clever." You shrugged. His smile settled to a much smaller one and he leaned forward on the horn of his saddle.
Then he sighed. "And, uh... what if I were? Ya know, asking you to join us?"
It was your turn to chuckle as you finally pulled yourself up into your saddle. Then you looked at him again and hummed. "I'd miss running into you randomly. We've been doing this for years-- I'm starting to expect it by now..." You didn't miss the disappointed look that crossed his features at that. "However, I can't help but think I'd enjoy seeing a lot more of you than these random encounters." You flashed a shy smile as he rubbed the back of his neck.
You had never seen Arthur Morgan, the stoic and scary man, blush before... until then, of course. He pretended like he wasn't blushing and nodded once.
"I think I'd fancy seeing you more than I get to, too."
"Then it's settled. If your gang will have me, then I'll join you. As long as you're there."
You didn't tell him that if it had been anyone other than him asking, or that you had been running into so much, you would've given a flat no.
No, it was only because Arthur was the one you had met by some decree of fate.
It was only Arthur Morgan, who you fancied more than even you knew.
Arthur Morgan: your friend by happenstance.

I feel like I’m having a stroke
Can you write a one shot of red and Charles going on a mission together. I’d also like to request a one shot of RDR1 Javier dreaming of back when Red was around.
Of course! I'd love to get back into the groove of writing for my favourite red-haired outlaw :)) hope you enjoy!
...
Two puffs of vapour filled the morning air, which was crisp with the promise of rain. The two outlaw's breaths curled into the sky. Silent.
They were waiting.
Red shifted under the weight of this moment. She wasn't scared, no... But it was always worrisome when they went on missions. You never knew who wasn't coming home.
Charles Smith was sat on his horse beside her, head lowered against the cold. She smiled to him with what she hoped was a reassuring smile, but she couldn't really be sure.
She flexed her fingers that, to anyone else, would probably be too cold and painful to even think about.
"You look worried." Charles chuckled from beside her and Red quickly shook her head. "Or, at least an emotion close to worried. I doubt you're really worried."
Red snorted. "Not even close. Just... be careful, okay? I'd hate to lose you." She shot him a dazzling smile, then Charles seemed to catch movement out of the corner of his eye.
They were coming.
The bandits who had been terrorizing people on the roads by Clemens Point. They were bringing attention to the area and the gang was likely going to get caught if this kept up.
"Remember what we talked about. The plan... we'll be okay." Charles whispered. Red nodded and let out a breath. "Ready?"
Red steeled herself and nodded. No matter what was about to happen, one of them had to succeed. To stop these bandits from harming anyone else.
The pair urged their horses forward, easing into the plan like they had done this a thousand times. Quiet, careful and calculated. Draw them out.
"Stop there. Don't go no farther." A voice came from the trees. Red glanced at it, seeing a rifle. Then more rifles.
"Charles..." She whispered. He nodded.
There were more than they thought.
A group of six emerged from the trees while there were clearly a few others scattered in the undergrowth. Red felt surrounded... trapped.
"Give us all your stuff and be on your way. Don't make it difficult."
Red frowned.
"We can't do that. You see, we heard about you and your boys terrorizing folks around here... we came to end that." She said simply, no emotion edging her words.
"A fighter, eh? Well... if it's a fight you want then it's a fight you'll--" His sentence was ended with a bullet from Red's pistol. She immediately jumped off her horse and dove for cover.
She hadn't seen Charles in the fray, but she couldn't stop to see of he was unhurt. As much as she hated it, Red had to bite her tongue and keep shooting.
Now, Red realized that they hadn't brought enough guys. As she stood in the centre of the road, surrounded by their bleeding bodies, she realized that she was almost as bad as they had been. Senseless murder for senless murder... it was despicable.
"Charles?" She called into the trees. The wind answered her, howling through the branches overhead. "Charles!"
"Did we win?" A voice said from behind her. Red spun on her heel and didn't realized she'd been running until she had her arms around him. "Easy, Red. I'm fine. Told ya we'd win."
She pulled away, beaming.
"Maybe you were right... Come on, I want to get drunk."

Okay, I’m just curious…
like, reblog, do whatever to this post if you think the RDR fandom is NOT dying and that it’s just hit a lull, slowing, or something.
If you disagree, don’t interact, there’s an opposite post.
If you reblog, put why if you want or reply why if you want.
This whole fucking post is a rollercoaster
This is the ONLY valid way to play open world games.
Enemies and Rivals Sentence Starters
“Oh great it’s /you/.”
“You don’t know how to stay dead, do you?”
“Like /hell/ I’d let you win this time.”
“You should’ve killed me when you had the chance.”
“You’ve been in a thorn in my side for far too long.”
“We need to stop meeting up like this.”
“It sickens me to admit that I need your help.”
“You may have beaten me last time, but this time you will /pay/.”
“Admit it- your life would be boring without me.”
“I’d kill you without a second thought if given the opportunity.”
“Don’t get used to this- I still very much hate you.”
“Still have that stick up your ass, I see.”
“/Someone/ has to pull you off your high horse and watch you break your neck.”
“Trust me, the feeling’s mutual.”
“I hope you came prepared this time.”
“I’d be disappointed if you weren’t expecting me.”
“Aw, did you miss me?”
“I’d say I’d see you in hell, but I’d rather not see you in all of eternity.”
“Did you get uglier since the last time I saw you?”
“Aren’t you looking positively trollish today.”
“Aw, don’t be like that, it’s just a little healthy competition.”
“Win, lose, doesn’t matter as long as you come on top, doesn’t it?”
“I did warn you that the next time we’d meet I’d put you through a window.”
“You’d hate to see me die by anyone else’s hands.”
“I’m winning this time. Not you.”
“I’m starting to think you’re stalking me.”
“Yes, it’s /me/ again.”
“Why don’t you do us all a favor and walk off a cliff?”
