Welcome to the Zack Katphish ask/rp blog!!

After some thought, I, the @quan-jigsawfm , turned my dreams into a reality. A katphish blog! And Zack's the mascot of course. He's probably the best at internet security in the whole family.

*The Zack Katphish here is post WOFTI 2025. After the whole event, their lives resumed peacefully and it was back to normalcy. (Well, I say normalcy, but you still never know with the smg4 universe LOL)

*WPNZ and Puzzles also returns from the rift. And there might be some more story on that. Either way, they exist somewhere out there.

*The rest of the family will appear on the blog too whenever the moment calls for it!

At first, she couldn't believe it. Monnie really prepared all of that for her? Is everything really alright??? Is that babysitter properly vetted? She's put a lot of trust in him by now, but worry still plauges her heart. Can she truly let her guard down for once to just enjoy this day?

A few notifications pop up on her phone. As she checks them, she sees the messages from her kids.

Karen sighs. There really was nothing to worry about. She turns to Monnie with a soft smile.

Karen's eyes shot wide open as her oupils turn into slits. Was there a power outage? She grumbles and fetches for her badge. This place was so understaffed, even she had the authority to deal with this situation.

She quickly goes to the back, thinking she could even fix this herself where all the electricals are.

"I genuinely have no clue, what's going on, I'm currently just hanging out with the Katphish kids, and brought a few of my other kids, in the living room, their at my apartment in the SMG4 universe."

"Last I heard from Karen, she was having some 'computer troubles' before she hung up, I hope she's alright."

"But I know whatever she ends up getting herself into, she'll be able to handle it, she's stronger then she thinks."

"But, even so regardless @zach-cat-attack I'll keep the kids here with me, I ain't letting anyone get close to them."

"Thankfully they know how to fight themselves, and with my boy Fish here with me, we can handle anything someone throws at us."

YA BOY IS BACK WITH ANOTHER RAMBLE.

I love it when WPNZ genuinely does something that makes you go- "THIS FUCKING SHITHEAD!!!!"

The delivery of this line is incredible. The tone just makes you so UNCOMFORTABLE and thats what i genuinely love about WPNZ.

WPNZ doesn't even THINK of diplomancy, nor does he even bother with politeness anymore in this moment. Sure he still quips and has witty one liners- but those were never an invitation to continue pointless pleasantries.

In a mission, he takes everything seriously. He's too fucking fed up with being disappointed and wants full control over everything. Can't help but genuinely think that he's been disappointed many times before during his time with hitman inc. since Karen was the first who genuinely clicked with him during their missions.

Either way, there's literally no room for negotiations here. This isn't Mister Dad you're talking to anymore. It's Mister Assassin that wants to use every weapon at his disposal to complete the mission. Something he was built for. Failure isn't an option. Messed up to think that he also perceives this as something perfectly normal and a legitimate mindset to push onto his own children, because he was built that way and turned out so fine.

The switch up felt natural to me. Its a given that he'd act differently during a legitimite mission.

[he picks up Zach by the scruff of his neck and holds him at arms length]

[His chainsaw blade bursts through his skull as he struggle in his grasp.]

"LET GO- LET GO LET GO LET GO LET GO!!!"

[From the way he claws and kicks at his arm, it seemed like Zack was legitimately trying to saw it off.]

[WPNZ gently sets Zach down and back away slowly]

[Zack immediately pounces away, but his eyes do not leave WPNZ for a second. His guard especially now raised from how easily he was grabbed. That won't happen again.]

[His chainsaw immediately retracts, but Zack was still poised from where he stood. The engine continued beating, thumping at the back of his head. Every instinct shouted at him to run away- and he HATED it. He didn't need to be scared of this- COWARD anymore.]

"YOU-!!"

"STOP TALKIN' BOUT MOM, YOU JACKASS! LEAVE HER OUTTA THIS! I DON'T CARE IF SHE SAYS WE GOTTA MOVE ON! WHAT KIND OF BULLSHIT IS THAT?!"

"How come YOU- YOU GET TO TORMENT ME AND MY FAMILY AND GET AWAY WITH IT?! No matter WHAT I do, I CAN'T FORGET YOUR STUPID FUCKING FACE! IT PISSES ME OFF, OLD MAN! AND I'M TIRED OF LISTENIN' TO WHAT OTHERS SAY I SHOULD THINK!'

"SO LET'S SETTLE THIS LIKE REAL MEN! COME AT ME, YOU GOOD FOR NUTHIN' DEAD BEAT TIN CAN!"

[WPNZ, out of all the faces he could've made—anger, disgust, pity—it was fear. He looked terrified, seeing someone, let alone a child filled with so much hatred for him. Not just any child, his child. He could barely call him his own kid, but the feeling was still there. He raised his hands slightly, trying to signal that he wasn't going to be a threat.]

KID- I don't wanna fight you! Let's just calm down for a second and-

[He stopped himself, realizing that "calm down" was probably a very poor choice of wording. He sighed, hands dropping to his sides.]

Do what ya think feels right, kid. I won't hold it against ya.

[VRRRRRRRRR!]

[He had to do this, there was no other choice. No more pain. No more suffering. No more waking up in the middle of night- shivering from those night terrors. He was weak, so weak- that WPNZ couldn't even give him the dignity of having a proper fight. It wasn't fair.

Zack lets out an impotent scream, jumling straight into the air. His chainsaw charges straight towards his chest, slashing it upwards. ]

"FIGHT- BACK! YOU COWARD!!!"

[Zack raises his foot, trying to stomp him down- but the little kid only had so much bodyweight.]

[He lets out a pained hiss as the chainsaw slashes his chest, blue cooling fluid beginning to spill out. He stumbled back, clutching the wound with both hands.]

I...

[The words caught in his throat, choked out by pain and sudden tears streaming down his face. he couldn't do this, not to a kid.]

I'm sorry.

[He couldn't muster anything else.]

[As Zack falls back to the ground, he was already fixing to charge in again.

But he froze.]

".....you're kidding...you're kidding me- right? Hey...hey....HEY!! WHAT ARE THOSE CROCODILE TEARS FOR, HUH?!?!"

[He screams as he runs his chainsaw across the ground and angrily stomps his foot.]

"IT'S TOO LATE FOR THAT! TOO LATE! A SORRY AIN'T GOTTA FIX ANYTHING!"

[He screams his little lungs out, completely squeezing every last breath he had to yell at WPNZ. Just seeing that sad look on his face pissed him off even more. Was this really the same monster that haunted him every night?

Zack roar once more, and dragged his chainsaw across the ground in a threatening display.]

"WHAT YOU SHOULD BE GIVIN' ME- IS A FAIR FUCKIN' FIGHT, SO I CAN SHOW YOU THAT I'M STRONGER! THAT YOU CAN'T EVER- EVER HURT US AGAIN! FIGHT BACK! FIGHT BACK!!"

[He charges.]

"FIGHT BACK!

[BOOM!!]

[An explosive was suddenly shot in between them. Zack's instincts saved him from the blast as he pounces back.

He stares in disbelief, immediately recognizing who had thrown it.]

"Please...stop. What are you two doing...?!"

Katie…

[WPNZ tried reaching out to her, but the moment he took his hand away from his chest, blood(?) started to seep out a little faster.]

Shit-!

[He fell to his knees, clutching his torso and curling up into a pathetic fetal position. Was this seriously the man who haunted their dreams? The one who kept them up at night without even being there? It was almost sad to see him like this. Almost.]

I’m sorry, I’m sorry I’m so fucking sorry-

[Her eyes did not leave WPNZ for a single moment. She watches as he fell, coolant spilling from his wound.

What a sad sight.

Katie moves closer, her breath trembling with each step.]

"Just look at you."

"It hurts, right? It has to hurt. And now you're down on the ground, choking on your own tears."

"And it all could've been avoided. None of this would've ever happened if you never took us out on that mission-!"

"So why- why did you do that?!"

"I-...Even if our time together was short- I was very happy- I really was...!"

"For the first time in my life, I felt proud of myself. You were the one who taught me to take risks! To never be afraid of making a mistake!"

"I felt stronger and stronger...! I finally believed in myself again! And you were there- every step of the way-!!"

"I could never forget the words you said to me...the encouragement- and the happiness I felt when you were so proud of me!"

"I want to call you dad-"

"But I....can't...! Not anymore!!"
