Pancakes with Shaw.

Step 1. Slowly heat griddle. Apply oil or cooking spray. Make pancake batter.

2 eggs

2 cups flour

2 tablespoons sugar

2 teaspoons baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups buttermilk

4 tablespoons butter, melted and cooled

½ teaspoons vanilla extract

½- ¾ cup milk chocolate chips

1 mashed banana 

Whisk till batter has viscous consistency. Let rest.

Step 2. Turn griddle off. Neutralize distraction. Stir girlfriend’s batter steadily, vigourously and thoroughly until smooth and creamy to touch.

Step 3. Pour girlfriend gently onto bed and let rest.

Step 4. Reheat griddle. Spoon ¼ cup batter once hot, spread evenly. Cook till bubbles form on top then flip. Continue till both sides are browned. Repeat.  Add slices of butter and apply liberal amounts of maple syrup. Accompany with milk and orange juice.

Step 5.  Assemble onto tray and bring bottle of maple syrup for potential sugar play. 

Breakfast is served.
