okay so eventually, in devendra’s medieval au, I want to plot a big event: the “Silver Moon’s Shadow,” which is what Chanderiyan myth calls a lunar eclipse. 👑🌑 traditionally it’s when the veil between the living and the spirits thins, so it’s equal parts spooky and holy.

rumour is this old sect in the ghoran forest (everyone thought they were gone??) is planning a ritual during the eclipse to pull power from the other side like maybe even bring back the dead or talk to the old kings. some folks think that’s a blessing, others are like “this is obviously a coup waiting to happen.”

and of course foreign envoys are showing up “just to observe the eclipse” 🙄 bringing weird gifts and dropping hints that they’re here for whatever’s about to go down.

basically perfect timing for court intrigue, secret meetings in the forest, prophecies, attempted assassinations, all that good epic fantasy mess. if anyone wants to throw characters into this, link to the au is here: Medieval AU — Devendra Yug

plot idea: We know Maverick has dragon blood.

the fae council finally snapped and threw maverick in the deepest pit/tallest tower after his draconic magic went wild & they called it “containment,” but everyone knows they’re just scared he’ll burn their order to ash.

cue your muse breaking him out in the middle of a thunderstorm, glass shattering, wards failing, maverick half-feral with green fire bleeding from his eyes.

now they’re on the run across cursed lands, the council hunting them both, and the dragon in his blood whispering that freedom always comes with fire.

okay, more plot bunnies and wanted dynamics, cause why not!! - muse A has been having a rough go on the dating scene and finally matched with someone on a dating app, and is totally hitting it off and having the night of their life. at least until muse B tells them halfway through they're gonna need them as an alibi for an impending crime. will this be a deal breaker or something that can be looked past? especially when muse B does a good job of justifying their motives. - anything cruel intentions vibes - vanderpump rules/sweetbitter restaurant mumu vibes! gimme those 20-30s~ muses (wait staff, host/hostess, line cooks, bartenders etc. the more messy the better - tell me lies vibes - whether it's two toxic exes who suck everyone into their drama or two femme rivals who end up becoming friends and eventual lovers -i love it all. - not plot related, but i'd love to play against a m.ikey m.adison fc!
