Hercules is such a dork. 💛

Ep 13 - Forgery
"What's the matter with you? It's like you're somebody else!"
"Maybe I just decided to BE someone else!"
"Yeah? Well try being somewhere else."
"Your loss."
We love this exchange between Kora and Hercules! After a whole night of not acting like himself, this is where he takes it too far and gets too close to Kora. Despite his advances, Kora stays strong and true to her integrity and dignity. And her sass is to die for!
Ty's Reviews: 1.13- Forgery
Considerably late, but last week was weird. Anyways, on with the review. ^_^
To me, this episode seems almost like a follow-up to 'In Your Dreams'. The sequel to it, if you will. Whether you think of it as that or as a completely stand-alone episode, though, it's a good one. As with In Your Dreams, I love the exploration into what Herc would be like if he wasn't his sweet, always-there-when-you-need-him self.
What is actually even more fascinating this time 'round, though, is that Ares isn't around to pull any strings or otherwise influence what's going on. Sure, the fire from the heart of the earth does set things in motion, but what we see in this ep is just 'this is what he would be like if he was the bad guy'. And it's rather brilliant, but scary at the same time because Evil!Herc is part Lucius, part walking flame thrower.
But, yes, I like this ep. :) It's really good.
