Today marks 104 years since the start of the Armenian Genocide. Around 1.5 million lives were lost, and the survivors, the lucky ones, scattered around the globe. Over a century later, fewer than 30 countries recognize the Genocide, and there are more Armenians in the Diaspora than in Armenia.

As descendants of the survivors, the tragedy lives on through us. We speak for those who couldn’t speak for themselves. We mourn the ones who were lost, and seek their justice. We’re still here. We exist. And we shout Armenia wherever we go.
