Hello! We know that some people think this way, however we are not trying to be like them. When we came up with this idea, we didn’t think it’d be an issue since our goal with this collective is not trying to be like Cheonguk or be “rivals” with them. Our main point is offering jobs, not living in a apartment complex.

Type one flats are all in the first floor, type two flats on the second floor & type three in the third floor. The room number will be given to you by the admins!

You can find the list of flats available here. However we are leaning more towards the jobs, so a flat can only be taken if applying for a job as well. Have a good day!
