#6091 Le Fermentor Grosse Corvette (Canada) I hear from my Quebecois mates that this beer name is a play on a funny French saying, which I appreciate (Google it, it’s worth it). This is a 4% session IPA with Simcoe hops, it pours a touch opaque with a foamy head and a super tropical nose, the body is light and crisp, tons of fruit up front, it’s dry and crushable, bright and smooth, super easy drinking with a dusty, clean finish.
