Doc Samson is a homewrecker, and I think General Thaddeus Ross really should've cut gamma base's ties to that weirdo. I haven't been reading the comics anymore (since my hyperfixation is slowly dying off and I can't focus on them anymore), but I've been reading wiki entries on them. Some of the Hulk issues have detailed entries. And I've learned that Doc Samson both stole The Hulk's powers and then ruined Betty Ross's two biggest relationships within a very short time.
Doc Samson began treating Bruce Banner at the same time that he was flirting with Betty and trying to woo her. A therapist courting his patients girlfriend and trying to steal his patient's superpowers? Wow. He's certainly in need of a medical malpractice lawsuit, I'd think. That's almost purposefully failing at your job. Somehow I think I trust General Thunderbolt Ross and Glenn Talbot more, because at least they don't seem to purposefully ignore all the rules of their profession.
Speaking of Glenn Talbot...that poor man doesn't catch a break. He marries Betty after finally winning her over (after fighting with Banner over her affections for years), but then he goes into a coma for a few years. In that time, Betty apparently almost cheats on her husband because Doc Samson comes onto her again. This horrible doctor cannot stop himself from trying to steal this woman from all her partners. Samson needs to evaluate himself. Seriously. I feel like all of Glenn Talbot's anger at The Hulk could've been equally directed at Samson. There's a lot of reasons Betty and Glenn didn't work, but Doc Samson was actively ruining it just as much as the Hulk was.
