I've been challenged by a few people ( @90reff & @pattya925 ) to do the #7days7faces challenge. Today is day one. It's not been a fantastic day because Im in the process of switching medications, having horrid side-effects from both taking a new medication and with drawing from an old one. Today has defiantly been a Self care day for me.
