I’ve come to the conclusion that I have developed a disorder (or whatever you wanna call it) that makes it very very hard for me to go out in public. I really hate people looking at me. And I know the reason why. I’m incredibly unhappy with how I look and it has been causing me to have intense anxiety when it comes to social gatherings. For those who’ve invited me places, I’m sorry that I keep saying yes and then in the end, bail! I really do want to have fun like before but its just too hard for me right now.. 

It may seem a little out of the blue but I have been thinking about this for a while. I’m trying to get better.
