I've always seen KCET as a boring channel known more for their infomercials, and fund raising but it's cool to see them to start giving street art good publicity...There's an twitter movement going on called #LAFREEWALLS that has been started with Jet Set Graffiti that has artists from around the world paint murals on walls that have been permitted by the owners of the buildings. Recently the city of LA has permitted against the #LAFREEWALLS saying that it is supporting graffiti, and that it shouldn't be allowed but they have been discussing ways to legalize the work.
