Saudi-Qatar relations on the mend, Saudi-Iran reconciliation must follow

As per media reports, progress has been made with regard to the restoration of the  relation between KSA and Qatar. Saudi Arabia ceased all kinds of relations with Qatar in  2017 citing latter’s tilt towards Iran. With the efforts of Kuwait, the possibility of  restoration of relations has been rekindled. There is a need to repair Saudi-Iran relations  following the same pattern. This will enhance the might of Islamic countries and  Palestinians will then get their rights. Only some misconceptions are harming the  relations between Riyadh and Tehran. Some powerful countries are finding, in the  continuing enmity, an opportunity to sell their weapons [to countries in the region] and  benefitting from such misconceptions. These misunderstandings can be removed in few  hours if both the countries sit together on the dialogue table and talk to each other with  sincerity. Countries like Kuwait should play their role to bring these two countries  together.
