A Midnight Run || Jason & Imogen
The instant that Jason’s eyes opened, he knew that there was no hope that he was going to be able to go back to sleep that night. Thankfully for him, a quick text conversation had told him that one of his favorite people at Bridgewood was also not sleeping. So, rather than laying there doing nothing until the morning came, Jason had suggested that they go for a run together; an idea that Imogen had graciously agreed to.
As quietly as he could manage, taking care not to wake Helen up, Jason threw on a pair of jogging pants, a tank top, and a sweater before he tiptoed his way out of the dorm. The night air was crisp and cool on his face, but it wasn’t cold to the point where it was unpleasant. Crossing the campus, he made the walk over to the Dutch building, where he stood outside waiting for Imogen to come out.

I love this fic. It is well-written and in character. She does a wonderful job of showing growth in the Caskett relationship. You follow Beckett and Castle as they dodge bullets, ex-boyfriends, and the FBI. Beckett's most definitely shown as one heck of a bad ass in this story. This is AU, but fantastic. It is complete and you should definitely go read it. Right now.
