Listen everyone who says this comic is misogynistic bc they draw the men scary andthe women pretty didn’t actually read the issue about poison ivy.

SHES NOTHING BUT A HEART AND PLANTS GUYS literally shes an amalgamation of animals and plants and she looks like a little shop of horrors nightmare. Look at this and tell me shes not just as scary looking as penquin or riddler??? The difference is that shes not same level of evil as like bane is. Like yeah bane and joker are extra scary bc they are bigger foes of absolute batman. They had bigger arcs. I mean in my opinion ivy looks a little scarier than bane did but thats just my opinion ig,

But like cmon guys we cant say this comic is misogynistic just bc of poison ivys design. Or people saying the same abt catwoman? Like shes not exactly cute either guys, shes badass too! And personally i think her suit here is better than others with such deep plunge necklines and stuff.

And then harley?? Like you wanna look at Harley THE ABSOLUTE RED HOOD and tell me her design is misogynistic bc shes not drawn like a horror movie eldritch horror? Shes a skinhead punk with a buzzcut?? And a masc presenting afab person??

Im really excited to see more of all these character and im sooo glad catwoman is getting her own run, i just hope this sentiment is not widespread by the fans bc i personally think they’re doing an amazing job with the spooky and non spooky women of the absolute universe
