Saar raises up its hands in defeat—it has no desire to battle today. “You are out of luck—it carries no coin on its self.” Void like eyes show no sign of fear—show no emotion of any kind, really. “Are you going to try to kill it? You could try. It would not advise such a thing. If gold is what you seek it can give you some—but you might not like the method in which it would be received.” Would the orc walk the void with it? How far is he willing to go to get his coin? These are all interesting questions to the void walker.

They barely remember their own name and it takes them a moment to stutter it out to the lovely man. “Va—Valdra.” They know he isn’t an abomination, but they’ve never seen a creature quite like him. “Let me heal you?” It seems the blade had cut through what appears to be an exoskeleton. Unsettling. Valdra tries their best to smile, though falters a little. The man lost a lot of blood lying there.

“I won’t hurt you; I promise.” Kneeling down and pressing a hand to the man’s shoulder, they try their best to keep him from moving. “You’ll die in another ten minutes bleeding at that rate.” Which isn’t quite motivation to trust that they are here to help, but motivation if the man wants to yet live.
